Turned off 5950 Hz x-end Pcal injection causing 86 Hz line in Pcal and DARM
Evan G., Pep C.

We identified the 5950 Hz line as the culprit of the 86 Hz line that was recently found as a new line appearing in DARM.

During the period in which Sheila moved the spot positions, we made some adjustments to the 5950 Hz line--moved higher in frequency by 1 Hz and observed the 86 Hz line to move down to 75 Hz and changed the amplitude to a smaller value to see the 86 Hz line vanish from the TX PD channels and DARM--so we decided this line should be moved or turned off.

Rick consulted Sudarshan who agreed that we can turn off this line (Keita approved us dropping from observing for 2 minutes to make this change), so it was done today at ~1:10 June 17 UTC.

The 86 Hz line is now no longer appearing in the TX PD or DARM channels.
