INCOMING OPERATOR: Jeff
SHIFT SUMMARY: My shift started with the IFO engaging soft loops, and Jeff and Sheila discussing the recent lock losses from this state. Made it up with no trouble this time and we have been locked since. After getting to low noise the squeezer manager reported "green power stabilization railed". Sheila tweaked a pico and all is well since then.
