prep for sensing matrix measurement
I copied some relevant scripts from LLO to
/opt/rtcds/userapps/release/lsc/h1/scripts/sensmat
Although we still need to adapt all the scripts to LHO's environment, we can start looking at the scripts and learn how they would work.
