Just realized that the system time for h1conlog is ~ 1 min 42 sec in the future. NTP needs to be set up. We will do this during Tuesday maintenance.

We also added three channels for testing:

H1:PEM-CS_GDS_0_RSET
H1:PEM-CS_GDS_0_SW1
H1:PEM-CS_GDS_0_SW2
