HAM2 HAM3 ITMX ETMX HEPI L4C watchdog thresholds have been increased to 99000, to avoid other HEPI trips for today (we had one on HAM2 today, and following the ones from friday). It's unclear what kind of ground motion event would cause this kind of trip, but that would be something to investigate.

This threshold increase shouldn't affect the security of the ISIs since the CPS and actuator watchdogs are still set to their nominal safe values.
