The I/O chassis and front-end computer for the h1susquadtst test stand has been powered on.  The h1iopsusquadtst model was modified to remove a Dolphin IPC channel to allow the model to run on the computer without a dolphin connection.  The computer is currently running h1iopsusquadtst, which should be adequate for testing.  The rtsystab file was also modified to include the h1susquadtst computer.
