Trying to lock PRMI, I first found a sign error in the PRCL loom gain - somehow this wasn't properly updated last Tuesday.

Next though I had trouble keeping PRX locked. we suspect the cause is an unusually high anthropogenic noise (1-3Hz) tonight - tonight is worse than a typical day noise.
