Commissioning calendar for next 2 weeks

Here is the list of commissioning task for the next 7-14 days:

Green team:

Look for the source of the 1/f noise.
Look for clipping in green transmission.
Make a mode scan of the red higher order modes.
Test the length feedback path to the ETM top suspension point to suppress microseism.

Red team:

Center the red QPDs in EX.

Blue team (ALS WFS):

Reduce beam size on sensor head.
High bandwidth WFS.

Blue team (ISCTEY):

PLL fiber locking.
Add WFS.

SEI/SUS team:

Commissioning optical lever.
PUM range for ETMs.
ETMY diagonalization.

Daniel means increasing the UIM driver range, as per ECR E1400164 and integration issue 762. Note, also, that after conversations with LHO staff and subsequent follow up with P. Fristchel, it has been agreed that we should modify all four UIM drivers (not just the ETM drivers as mentioned in the current versions of the ECR and II).

Also by ETMY Diagonalization, he means (once the optical lever installation is complete)
- Balancing the coils on the UIM and PUM stages
- Gathering measurements, designing, and installing filters for 
    - Length-to-Angle frequency dependent decoupling
    - P and Y plant compensation filters for WFS.
