The psl shut itself off this morning because of a flow sensor error. 

The only hitch was in opening the shutter, I had to call Andres and Corey for help from the control room.  The sequence that eventually opened it was that they reset the flow sensor, then reset the shutter, then I went back to the diode room and opened the shutter from the beckhoff computer.

This seems convoluted, is this the intended operation?
