I noticed the frontend watchdog was still in FAIL state from last restart---I went into the H1Diode room and reset watchdog.

It has been locked 3 days
Reflected power is 1.4 Watts and PowerSum = 11.7 Watts.
(Reflected Power should be <= 10% of PowerSum)

FSS:
It has been locked for 12 min (should be days/weeks)
Threshold on transmitted photo-detector PD = 0.82 V (should be 0.9V)

ISS:
The diffracted power is around 2.54 % (should be 5-15%)
Last saturation event was 13 minutes ago (should be days/weeks)
