Before we understood that the noise we were seeing was the bounce and roll modes of ETMX (see alexa's alog) we were looking around at Osem signals, and we saw that there is a large peak at around 25 Hz in L1_VOLTMON_LR_DQ.  It was there before the bounce and roll modes were rung up, an it is there with damping on and damping off.
