I modified the h1susquadtst model to use the latest QUAD_MASTER model. I terminated the new ports. This permitted the build and install of the h1susquadtst model, which was then started on the h1susquadtst computer (located in the LVEA in the old H2 One Arm Test racks). This model will be used for SUS work in the LVEA on the test stands in the near future.

We decided to not add this model to the DAQ at the moment. We can add it later if needed.

This is not a standard front end, so I've greyed out non-applicable bits on the STATE_WORD overview.
