A busy commissioning day followed by a DAQ restart. No unexpected restarts.

I just cleared the warnings raised by yesterday's restarts and all cleared except a DAQ error on HEPI BS and ETMY. Looks like their INI files are out of sync between FE and DAQ (model restart post-DAQ-restart). We might want to restart the DAQ ASAP as data from these systems is most probably corrupt.
