Right now, the best configuration for the ISI-BS is the following:

HIGH_ISOLATED on ST1

DAMPED on ST2

This specific configuration is not possible with the guardian manager (SEI_BS) for now: if you put ISOLATED with the manager, both stages are going to go to HIGH_ISOLATED.

Thus, the temporary solution is to PAUSE the guardian manager and to use the individual guardians (ISI_BS_ST1 & ISI_BS_ST2).
