Took particle counts in and around the HAM5 chamber before installing the SR3 cookie cutter. 

   Before opening the chamber (soft cover) clenaroom counts were 0 for all particle sizes. 
   After opening the soft cover particle counts outside the chamber were <100 for all particle sizes.
   After opening the soft cover particle counts inside the chamber were 0 for all particle sizes.
   After installing the cookie cutter for SR3 the in chamber particle counts jumped to just below 500 for 0.3 micron sizes and dropped off as particle size increased. 
   After 5 minutes the highest counts for all particle sizes had dropped back to <35 counts.

Note: The RH of the out of chamber cleanroom air was 26%. The first check of the in chamber environment showed a RH of just 7%.
