ITMy work
Bland, Bartlett

In our continued hunt to find a rubbing source on the reaction chain (R0) of the ITMy QUAD, we discovered that the right Top Mass Blade clamp was not fully seated on the blade tip. It's funny how this sort of thing can stare us right in the face, and yet we all miss it with the numerous sets of eyes on it! This explains why the misplaced pitch frequency was not improved when we adjusted the blade tip heights last week - we correctly set the blade tip height, but the wire break-off point was completely in the wrong place due to the mis-seating.

We fussed it back into place, which corrected for some of the strange roll we observed late last week. Yet another round of OSEM alignment (undoing the table cloth adjustment I had to make last week) followed by diagonalizations of both R0 and M0 which looked much cleaner this time. It had a thorough pass for touching EQ stops, and a careful shrouding. We're go for TFs, ...again.

One outstanding strange thing I found today (amongst the aforementioned!): the M0 F2 OSEM seemed to need it's offset disabled in order to track appropriately on the speed dials. SO, it seems we have not reset all of our values/buttons correctly from last weeks power outage. I did not investigate further beyond switching the offset so I could continue with my OSEM alignment. Can someone (ehem, Kissel) please check medm, please?

Note, Robert S. was contemplating making some mag measurements tonight, so check for damping enabled, etc.
