ITMy table cloth realignment
After more cries from tester guru, I went in and assessed alignment again. Things checked:

UIM Blade ECDs - not touching.
All Blade tip screws - not touching heads, or tips.
R0 Side BOSEM - still crooked, so,

I looked over the squareness of the tablecloth - it was a bit out of shape based on the relative planes of the ECD faces to the plane of the table cloth plates. So, a bit of knocking around the table cloth, another round of all 12 BOSEM realignment, and it looks more square to me, with the R0 side BOSEM less crooked. I am running a round of diagonalization, but with no luck - not sure the drives are working or something...

... Kissel pointed out that watchdogs were tripped. Good to know. After re-enabled, the M0 diagonalizations were horrible looking - pointing to no drive in the Right BOSEM - a check there showed a misalignment of the flag. Remedied that, which alleviated a small amount of rubbing (because I had to re-zero some of the face M0 OSEMs) and the M0 diagonalizations looked great. Then, R0 diagonalizations checked out well, so Kissel is back to R0 TFs. Crossed fingers! I'm taking lunch!
