After a heroic amount of guess and slow checking, we've got a reaction chain that I would deem passable to add cable lacings. The only RED FLAG left from yesterday's measurement suite is that the 5 Hz Roll mode still couples into the Vertical Transfer function; but by "half as much." Take a look at pg 3 of the attached. I'd reduce this to a yellow flag, and say go on to cabling up reaction chain. More details / better summary / M0 results (which also look clean from first glance at measurements) to come.
