Using the TFs collected Friday/Saturday, I got the damping loops to be stable.  While the doors on quiet time TFs are probably better than previous ones, the fact that they worked this times is more likely due to me actually tuning the symmetrization filters, but who knows.  THe WHAM5 ISI is now damping, I'll look at Spectra tomorrow to compare.
