The reason h1lsc0 did not shutdown last night is that its IO Chassis was not powered up, presumably due to the glitch. Jim powered it back on via the front panel switch. Unfortunately h1lsc0 was is a strange state, and it did not cleanly remove itself from the dolphin fabric even when all procedures were followed. Most of the Dolphin'ed front ends were glitched when h1lsc0 was rebooted, and these models were restarted. This completes the recovery from the glitch.
