WP4672. Compiling out of the RCGbranch-2.8, I installed new IOP models for h1iopsush56 and h1iopseih16. An IPC connection was established between the SUS OMC and the SEI HAM6. Basic testing using the panic feature showed the communication was working.

Build pointers were restored to the RCG Tag 2.8.3. I'm working on generic MEDMs for the new SWWDs.
