Measured the ITMx X, Y, Z position this morning after yesterday's SUS adjustments.  The errors are as follows:

• Longitudinal: -0.8 mm (South)
  • Tolerance: ±3.0 mm
• Lateral: -1.1 mm (East)
  • Tolerance: ±1.0 mm
• Vertical: +4.3 mm (high)
  • Tolerance: ±1.0 mm
