We found that all of three processes on H2SUSB478 showed DAQ status of 0x4000 when we came back to the control room after the awesome work of the SUS and SEI team.
This IOP showed the CRC error counts.

- Hitting "DAQ Reload" and restarting H2DC0 did not help the situation.

- We decided to restart the realtime process on the host and this just restored all of the DAQ status back to green.

We don't see any obvious reason other than there was bunch of disconnection of the cables from the QUAD this afternoon.
