All the Actuators are reconnected.  All the IPSs are ~zero'd.  The loop targets have been reset to the ~zero position and the lvl1 isolation loop has been closed.

Based on the dial indicators, we should still be very close or even closer to alignment objective--waiting on safe conditions for Jason to confirm.  We (SEI) need to shoot the level of the Optical Table but again, based on DIs, I think we are fine.  A slight tweak with the DSCW springs is still doable.

I haven't retailored the loops but the L4Cs on the HEPI and the IPS themselves shows a noisier state when the position loops are closed.  We may neeed to remeasure the plant TFs.  I just did a dof by dof look and it looks like the Y is the main problem.

I've started a Linearity Test on opsws3--Please let it go.
