Find attached the notes from the adjustments to HEPI in response to IAS.
Also see the Auto Optical Level observations showing the level of the ISI Optical Table (<0.007" runout (+-0.0035) on OT) is well within spec.
Before reattaching the Actuators we got the ITMX into position with HEPI. We were ?? X 0.2mm +Y, 0.0 Z, 30urad RZ.
After attaching the Actuators the RZ shifted to -80urads. The DIs are almost useless at this level and a slight bump on the HEPI can shift it at this scale it seems. So I've just used the RZ position loop to hold this. We've got a 70urad target in the ITMX RZ CART BIAS Loop; this holds the IAS yaw to <10urads.
While we were at it, we slapped a few more cart bias numbers in (could use a few more to larger values) to check the IPS cartesian calibration--Looks pretty good but like I said, a few more larger numbers would be informative. There may be some divergence at the extremes of this data. Attached below is a graph of IPS location values and IAS collimating LASER readouts.
