Measured the position and yaw of ITMx yesterday after the HEPI actuator install. Position/yaw errors are as follows:

Longitudinal: -0.3 mm (South)

Lateral: +0.2 mm (West)

Vertical: 0.0 mm

Yaw: 7 µrad CCW

Target: 0 µrad

Tolerance: ±50 µrad
As Hugh mentioned in his alog here we used the HEPI RZ position loop to align the yaw to it's current value. Today we will begin work on ITMx pitch and CPx pitch/yaw.
