h1asc model updated: 8 RFM senders added

[Stefan, Kiwamu]

As part of the CDS activity today, we placed new eight RFM senders in h1asc.mdl. It complied fine and I restarted the model. The ASC frontend was then manually burtrestored to 8:00AM this morning. The SVN revision is now at 8346.

This update had been already applied to the Livingston model (i.e. l1asc.mdl) but we had not until today for some reason. Anyway this update was needed not only for the ASC model but also for making the h1iscex(y) model(s) identical to that of Livingston as the iscex(y) were supposed to acquire these RFM channels. After the restart, we checked a couple of the new channels to see if they successfully send signals to the end station. We checked QPD1_PIT and QPD1_YAW of iscex and seemed fine. We didn't check iscey. We didn't edit the ASC master model at all.

We then checked all the eight new RFM channels and confirmed that they all transmitted signals fine.

Dave noticed that there was a bogus blank channel in the ASC_IPC_STATUS screen and the red indicators for the channels associated with iscex and iscey. We then compiled and restarted iscex, iscey and asc models, resulting back in the all-green-good-status and successful removal of the bogus channel. Good.

We implemented the changes needed for driving the ALS_WFS_AUTOCENTERING servo from the iscex/ey models. In detail:

- updated ALS_END.mdl model to import LLO changes (include direct dither drive to END PZT's and additional link to QPD error points, see Kiwamu's log entry for ASC changes).
- adapted h1iscex for these changes, including links from ASC (SVN revision 8345)
- adapted h1iscey for these changes, including links from ASC (SVN revision 8347)
- updated ALS_CORNER_ASC.mdl from SVN (adds TRX_A_LF_OUT TRY_A_LF_OUT to science frame)
- Added ALS WFS AUTOCENTERING filter modules to ALS_END (SVN revision 8348), h1iscex and hy1iscey (SVN revision 8349)

- recompiled h1asc, h1iscex and h1iscey

- burt restored to 7am ASC

TBD: medm screens for:
 - screen for ALS WFS Autocentering
 - update ALS_CUST_ENDSTATION.adl screen for IAL to iscex/y PZT/QPD link

In respose to Stefan's previous log, I completed the remaining missions that are:

 - screen for ALS WFS Autocentering
 - update ALS_CUST_ENDSTATION.adl screen for IAL to iscex/y PZT/QPD link

The new auto-centering screen is called ALS_CUST_WFS_AUTOC.adl and it resides in als/common/medm. It is checked into the svn.
