In order to make way for SEI to float and balance the ISI, we attached this full payload to the ITMx QUAD:

- Sleeve

- Sleeve wedges

- Vibration Absorbers

- LS Cross Braces

- Witness plate holder

- Witness optic holder (for 1")

The ACB is in it's swing back state (wedge in place) since we need it that way for test mass cleaning ~next week.  However, SEI may choose to drop it back into place if needed until then.

As well, some of the masses are clamped in the QUAD such that they don't knock much while rebalancing is taking place.
