1405--1411:  HEPI was locked so I unlocked it.  1427--1438 C3 Covers opened, purge opened.

1440--1610: The ISI was locked and it too was then unlocked.  The balance wasn't too bad but it could be made better so it was.  Haven't exactly tallied the totals but the weight change was small, just moved.  Lock/Unlock change is within spec except H2 with 1700 counds(1600 spec.)

1614: Chamber covered, purge choked down.

ISI left Unlocked, HEPI left Unlocked.
