After a number of days where the lid was left off the laser, I looked into the high power oscillator this morning. There was a small pool of water near the post that holds up the cooling hoses and flow sensors. There was no sign of a leak from the flow sensor fitting that was repaired last week. I wiped up the puddle of water (the volume of which was maybe a teaspoon). I suspect that this was water that was originally between the top of the base plate and the bottom of the post that had oozed out. I left a clean wipe there to wick up the remaining water, if any.

I inspected the optical surfaces, the output coupler, laser rods, and 4f lenses. Forgot to examine the 45 degree turning mirrors. I will do that at the next available opportunity. The lid was replaced onto the laser.

The ante room and laser room were left in science mode, with respect to the air conditioning, fans and make up air. The lights were switched off.
