Pulled the covers away from the ISI table.  Attempted to close position loops on HEPI but was not stable in horizontal, decided to leave it off.  After I got the TFs started, I looked again and found the HP L4C blend filter off so this signal was getting through and I'll guess is the problem.  Don't want to stop the TF so I'll check that tomorrow.
