H1 SEI ETMY has been operating in Fully_Isolated since

after a Stage 2 GS13s trip. We requested ETMY to go to DAMPED (and it completed doing so) at 
2014-Jul-10 17:58 UTC

We will leave the chamber as such overnight, in attempt to get a 24 cycle of performance in this state for long-term performance studies.
