Unlike the green path, it turns out that the viewport is about the only thing that could potentially clip the IR path betwen the ISCTEX periscope and the TMS steering mirror.

IR beam is more than 2" away from the viewport edge, so we're quite safe.

We closed the beam diverter, realigned the TMS (because beam diverter tilts the TMS), and adjusted the high power beam dump steering mirror such that the beam goes to the center of the HPBD aperture.
Corey and Filiberto fixed the ground loop problem (separate alog), so we're completely done.
