PR3 lower stages results

Transfer functions of the lower stages of PR3 (HAM2) have been measured over the week end, with the sus undamped and the ISI damped.

M2-M2 tfs are showing good agreement with model and previous measurements (except for unexpected resonance at 0.97Hz in the L-L tf)
M3-M3 L-L is ok. P-P has a factor of 4 discrepancy with the model (similar pb as with SR3, which I thought I fixed but apparently not. I resaved a safe.snap with corrected EUL2OSEM matrix). Y-Y shows signs of couplings.

To note : The amplitude of excitation was too large, since the dac saturated for both M2 and M3 measurements (cf screenshot). I modified the drive parameters file "/ligo/svncommon/SusSVN/sus/trunk/Common/MatlabTools/SchroederPhaseTools/TFSettingsLHOHLTS", which should have correct gains from now.

The results are presented in the attachments :

1. H1 PR3 M2-M2 undamped tfs (green) compared with the model (blue)
2. H1 PR3 M2-M2 undamped tfs (pink) compared with undamped tf (in vacuum) from July last year (orange)
3. H1 PR3 M3-M3 undamped tfs (green) compared with model (blue)
4. H1 PR3 M3-M3 undamped tfs (pink) compared with H1 SR3 (cyan) (in chamber, in air, ISI locked) and L1 SR3 (in chamber, under vacuum, ISI isolated)
