J. Kissel, A. Pele, H. Radkins We found the problem quickly, because we've seen it so often at this point, but the IOP software watchdog prevented HEPI and ISI ITMY actuation (zeroed DAC outputs) because the SEI shutdown bit was latched RED, when the SUS was still green. The ISI and HEPI overview screens have NOT been updated with the new channel structure yet, so the IOP WD trip warning is white -- and therefore the warning is not obvious. Restoring actuation was a matter of resetting the SUS-ITMY DACKILL state (even though it was green), and then resetting SEI-ITMY DACKILL state. We need to update the HEPI and ISI overview screens. (Note, we understand *why* the SEI shutdown bit was initial triggered -- Jim / Travis were unlocking the ISI with a free suspension.)
