This morning the HAM6 south door was removed for view port work. Particle counts taken during the operation were over all very good. 

In cleanroom before work - 0,  0, 0
In cleanroom door off = 11, 4, 1
In cleanroom door out of cleanroom = 8, 6, 3
In chamber cover on = 12, 5, 0 

Particle size above are 0.3, 0.5, and 1.0
