Kiwamu and Dave.

We rebuilt h1lsc using RCG2.8.4 and restarted the model. We found that the "LOAD MATRIX" button is intermittent. 

The DAQ status of h1lsc is now 0x2000 due to the channel type change. Kiwamu says its ok to leave it like this until the next DAQ restart.
