EndY HEPI unstopped and floating -- Kissel/Valdes have platform for a couple Hours
The HEPI stops at BSC10 were pulled back for the next phase of the DetChar study. However, Jeff and Guillermo are running some TFs before it goes into the nominal state for DetChar.
The HEPI is now Isolated and the ISI is High_Isolated both stages,
