SRM : top middle bottom damping on / off
MC2 : top damping on

MC2 guardian was changed to "DAMPED"
SRM and SR2 are still "ALIGNED"

If mode cleaner/ SRC is needed tonight, feel free to kill the matlab sessions on opsws1.
