H2-TCS ITMY Ring Heater driver calibration of voltages and current
Steve O'Connor, Chris G. and I calibrated the ring heater temperature, voltages and current channels in the front-end code.

Ring Heater Current = 1.221E-2 mA/count (1V into ADC = 40mA = 3276.8 counts)
 & "deWhiten" filter = dewhitening by pole at 0.4Hz and zeros at 10Hz and 1kHz (+ gain = -1)
