I made a few changes to the QUAD (and BSFM) watchdog today:
(1) Changed the M0/R0, TOP stage, combined watchdog variable that's spit out to the BSC-ISI as a "payload" trigger to function as originally designed: zero (0) is OK, non-zero if BAD (1 if one of the stages is tripped, 2 if both).
(2) Reduced the number of thresholds on the DC monitors (there was a HI and LO threshold per OSEM, now there's one per cluster of OSEMs)
(3) Added the start of what will be become the over-rideable "damping must be on, or else BSC-ISI WD is tripped" logic.

I've recompiled h2susitmy, h2susitmx, h2susfmy, and h2susfmx, to include the above changes, and also made changes to the corresponding generic custom (ha!) MEDM screens where necessary. Ever change has been committed to the cds_user_apps repository, in either
${RTCDSROOT}/userapps/release/sus/common/models/
or
${RTCDSROOT}/userapps/release/sus/common/medm/quad/
${RTCDSROOT}/userapps/release/sus/common/medm/bsfm/
