BS oplev damping off for a few hours today

AS Jason, Keita and I disscussed this morning, I left the BS oplev damping off for several hours today, from 9/9/14 17:00 UTC to 9/9/14 23:00

Minute trend of the BS OL over 8.5 hours around this off time. Around 21:30, there is a state change and the pitch DoF becomes much quieter.
