Following Joe's work at LLO on the ASCIMC model (see LLO alog 14538), I recompiled and restarted the h1ascimc model with the latest master library block. This was under WP#4864.
Here are the major changes that one might pay attention:
-
The trigger signal changed.
-
We used to use IMC-TRANS (which is a PD on IOT2L) for activating the ASC loops.
-
Now it uses MC4_TRANS_SUM instead.
-
Confusingly, the LSC trigger still uses IMC-TRANS.
-
Normalization of the trigger signal
-
In the triggering process, MC4_TRANS_SUM is normalized by the PSL power, IMC-PWR_IN. Sp pay attention to the hidden parameter.
-
I temporarily put an artificial offset in IMC-PWR_IN (see the attached screen shot below)
-
Since IMC-PWR_IN is not reading sensible values, I put an offset of 10 counts and disabled the input for now in order to simulate an ideal situation where we have the correct readout of 10 W.
-
We should fix this issue.

-
I reset the trigger threshold values (see the attached screen shot below)
-
in order to adapt it to the new trigger signal.

-
The input matrix expanded
-
The ASC input matrix now takes 6 signals in total as the DC signals of WFS_A and _B are newly added.
