The setup script for the userapps directory has been modified to add paths for the new calibration subsystem, cal.  The environment variables USERAPPS_LIB_PATH, USERAPPS_MEDM_PATH, and USERAPPS_SCRIPTS_PATH have been modified, and environment variables CAL_SRC and CAL_IFO_SRC have been added.

This change is effective for new logins or new shells.
