ISS first loop was all over the place as was the diffracted power at the beginning of my shift.  A slight tweak in the less negative direction set it back to stable. Further adjustment got it back to ~7:5% diff power at 2.04V refsignal. Perhaps more attention can be given to ISS on a daily basis by the operator on shift until a better solution can be implemented.
