I've collected all the information necessary to reproduce the corner-station optical lever status report (see LHO aLOG 14749) for the end-station levers. I attach pictures, and tabulate info as before below.

I can confirm that any whitening stages have been correctly compensated for digitally. In addition, recall that ETMX is compensating for the gains shown above, but it's not necessary. Will fix all the levers and compensation on some (glorious) day (hopefully soon) when the IFO isn't needed.
