H2 DAQ Rack as-built drawing

For this week's test the H2 DAQ is part of the DTS system, and has
temporary DTS IP addresses. The DTS has been enlarged with many
more front end systems to simulate an IFO. This will allow us
to perform load testing of the H2 DAQ.
