The BSFM_MASTER simulink model was modified today to accomodate the binary input/output library parts.  

The modified file is in:
 '/opt/rtcds/lho/h2/userapps/release/sus/common/models/BSFM_MASTER.mdl'

The new model "h2susfmy.mdl" was compiled on h2build and "make-installed".  After a DAQ reboot, the new model was confirmed to be functioning.
