After IM4 alignment was moved, POP sled QPDs were recentered using a straight shot beam.

POPA and POPB SUM are about 0.33 and 0.30 right now. There is some clipping going on in the sled path (we observed these SUM went to 0.38 and 0.34 respectively with different IM alignment), but that was expected from my original IM4 scan (https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=14567).

POPA pico counts are [X, Y] = [-27491, 6688] (was originally [0,0]).

POPB pico counts are [-23206, -8455] (originally [0, -300]).

Alignment tips:

When POPB QPD is to the right relative to POPA QPD, both of the PICOs are moved in positive X (that is, the pico X count increases for both).

When POPB is higher than POPA, POPA pico is moved UP (that is, pico Y count increases) while POPB pico is moved down.
