We noticed that the HEPI tidal feedback to the ETMs was not working. We found that the ISC MON outputs were off, the ISCINF_LONG offsets were off. In addition the ETMY ISCINF gain was zero and the ETMX ISCINF gain was 1000; the nominal gains should be 1. This is now in the guardian.
